AI Pulse Summary

This is an automatic written recap of a campaign’s reports. You generate it when you want a fast read on what is landing without going report by report.

How to think about it

The recap reads every report on a campaign and tells you what is working, where people are pushing back, and which quotes stand out. The two advice sections are written as general coaching with no names attached. The quotes are verbatim and do carry the volunteer’s name and network, because seeing who heard what is the point of them. Use the recap to get your bearings, then read the underlying reports for the campaigns where it matters. It is a starting point for your judgment, not a replacement for reading what your volunteers actually wrote.

Generate the recap

1. Open Reports and pick a campaign.
2. Scroll to Pulse Summary and select Generate summary.
3. Read What’s landing, What’s pushing back, and Standout quotes.
4. Once a day, you can select Refresh to regenerate it with newer reports.

If this does not work

It says “Need 3+ reports for analysis”

A campaign needs at least three reports before Echo will summarize it. The panel tells you how many have been filed so far.

The button says “Refreshes daily”

A summary can only be regenerated once every 24 hours. The existing one stays on screen until then.

Only admins can generate it

Managers and organizers can read a campaign’s reports but do not get the Pulse Summary.
