This is an automatic written recap of a campaign’s reports. You generate it when you want a fast read on what is landing without going report by report.
How to think about it
Section titled “How to think about it”The recap pulls together every report on a campaign and tells you what is working, where people are pushing back, and which quotes stand out. You ask for it when you want it, and you can ask again as more reports arrive. Use it to get your bearings, then read the underlying reports for the campaigns where it matters most. The recap is a starting point for your judgment, not a replacement for reading what your volunteers actually wrote.
Generate the recap
Section titled “Generate the recap”- Open Reports and pick a campaign.
- Find Pulse Summary and select Generate summary. It needs at least three reports.
- Read What’s landing, What’s pushing back, and Standout quotes.
- After more reports come in, select Refresh to generate it again.
