Your team dashboard
This is where you read how your team is doing across campaigns. Check it regularly so you catch quiet stretches before they set in.
How to think about it
Section titled “How to think about it”You get a per-volunteer picture: who has mapped groups, who is sharing, who is reporting, and how their numbers compare. Read it as a list of conversations to have, not a scoreboard. A low report rate usually means a volunteer is doing the work and skipping the report, not that they did nothing. So before you judge the number, find out what is behind it. Look for the volunteer who started strong and tapered off. That is often the easiest person to bring back.
Read your team’s numbers
Section titled “Read your team’s numbers”- Open the Dashboard. You see only your own team.
- The top cards show Total messengers, Total shares, and Total reports.
- Weekly activity compares this week to last week: Messengers active, Networks engaged, Assets shared, and Reports filed.
- Team performance lists each volunteer’s shares, reports, networks, and Report rate, colored green at 70 percent or more, amber from 40 to 69 percent, and red under 40 percent.
