Read a campaign
A campaign is a package from your organization: what to know about an issue, and content for you to share. You read a new one when it shows up on your home screen.
How to think about it
Section titled “How to think about it”You see a campaign because one of your groups fit what it was looking for. Before you do anything, find which group that was. That tells you where the message belongs. Read what the campaign wants people to understand or do, then look at your group and ask if it lands there. The same message can work in a parents’ chat and fall flat with coworkers. You decide the fit, not the app. You do not have to share a campaign with every group you have. Share it where it fits and skip the rest.
The campaign
Section titled “The campaign”The top of the screen shows the campaign title and a short description. Select Read more to see the full description.
What we’re hearing
Section titled “What we’re hearing”The What we’re hearing section lists short quotes about what people are saying right now. Read these before you share so you know the mood.
Your progress
Section titled “Your progress”A progress panel shows how many of your networks you have engaged for this campaign. Each network you report on gets a checkmark.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”The campaign gives you content in up to three sections:
- Share with your networks: content to post to your groups.
- Join the conversation: posts to comment on or react to.
- Post to your feed: images or videos to post to your own social.
A section appears only if the campaign includes that kind of content. See how to use each one.
Past campaigns
Section titled “Past campaigns”The Catch up on past campaigns section lists earlier campaigns. Select one to read it.
