Read your reports

This is where you read the results of one campaign. You do it while a campaign is live and after it winds down.

Each report is a volunteer telling you what happened in a real conversation. Read the written notes, not only the counts, because the notes hold the reasons. Two numbers are worth keeping straight. Coverage, or report rate, is the share of the groups you aimed at that sent back at least one report, which tells you how much of your plan actually happened. Low coverage usually means volunteers acted and skipped the report, so chase the reports before you judge the campaign. Pushback is not bad news. It is the early warning that lets you fix the message before the next round.

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Pick a campaign.
  3. The stat tiles show messengers matched, networks targeted, Potential reach, Reported reach, shares, reports, Report rate, and sentiment.
  4. Read the Activity table to see who shared and reported. Open a row for the per-asset detail.
  5. Read the written notes in the reports, not just the counts.
