Lead your team
As an organizer, you run a small team of volunteers and help them do good outreach. You see your own team and no one else’s.
Your job is to keep your volunteers active and to help them when they get stuck. Echo shows you who on your team is listing groups, sharing content, and reporting back, and who has gone quiet. That picture is only your team, so you can focus without wading through the whole organization. Use it to notice patterns early. A volunteer who shares but never reports, or who stopped after one campaign, is someone to check in with. The numbers point you to the conversation. The help happens in the conversation.
