Roles and what each one sees
Echo has three roles, and each one sees a different slice of the work. A messenger is a volunteer who lists their networks and shares content, mostly from a phone. An organizer runs a small team of messengers and sees only that team’s activity. An admin builds campaigns and reads results across the whole organization, usually on a computer. Each role sees what it needs and nothing more. An organizer cannot see another organizer’s team. A messenger does not see other volunteers’ results. Give each person the narrowest role that fits their job, because access widens as the role goes up.
