How running Echo works
As an admin, you build the content volunteers share, and you read what comes back.
Running Echo is a loop. You set up your organization once. You build a campaign, which is the package of what to know plus content to share. You choose which volunteers it reaches by the kinds of groups they have. You publish it and let matched volunteers know. Then you read the reports as they come in. The results tell you what landed and where people pushed back, which shapes the next campaign. Two things make this work. Aim each campaign at the groups it actually fits, and read the reports closely enough to learn from them. The rest is repetition.
