Coverage and report rate
Coverage, also called the report rate, is the share of the networks a campaign aimed at that sent back at least one report. If a campaign aimed at 100 networks and 40 reported, coverage is 40 percent. It tells you how much of your plan actually happened on the ground. Low coverage rarely means volunteers did nothing. More often they acted and never logged a report. So read low coverage as a prompt to chase the missing reports, not as proof the campaign failed. High coverage means you are hearing back from most of the groups you reached, which makes every other number more trustworthy.
