Make the most of Echo
Echo connects the people you can reach to the work your organization is doing. You list the groups you talk to. Your organization sends you things to share. You share them with people who already know you. Then you say how it went.
Your reach is not your follower count. It is the set of places where people would stop and listen because the message comes from you. A 20-person group chat where people trust you often does more than a big feed full of strangers. List the small groups too. They are usually your strongest.
Echo sends you content that fits your groups, so the way you describe each group decides what you get. Describe them honestly and you get things worth sharing. When something arrives, put it where it fits and leave the groups where it does not. Pushing a message into the wrong room costs you trust you will want later.
When you share, say it in your own words. A link means more with a sentence about why you are passing it along.
Then tell the organization what happened, including the times it went badly. Your reports are how staff learn what is working and plan what comes next. Even a short, honest report makes the next one better. Your trust with your people is the thing that matters. Spend it where it counts.
